2. Legitimate Use
Users agree to use our digital assets and training environments strictly for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to breach security measures, deploy spam scripts, or access cloud computation resources without formal authorization.
3. Nature of Provided Services
PrismAI offers educational modules, code-level tutorials, cloud dataset processing sandboxed setups, and digital curriculum pathways. We reserve the complete right to alter, pause, or suspend any curriculum structure or learning module functionality at any time without previous warning.
4. Application Processes
Submission of an online contact form represents an inquiry only and does not establish a legal enrollment contract. A formal educational agreement enters into force only after we process manual validation documents and confirm invoice clearance parameters.
5. Fees and Billing
Fees are announced in South African Rand (ZAR) unless noted otherwise. VAT and related transaction expenses are outlined during final commercial quotes. Payment must be cleared in full before sandbox environments or educational channels are activated.
6. Cancellation & Refund Rules
Because immediate data costs are incurred in provisioning cloud coding environments, refund parameters are evaluated according to physical timeline stages. Please refer to your personalized student agreement regarding exact cancellation deadlines and processing fees.
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, slides, code notebooks, custom sandbox templates, and layout designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of PrismAI. You may not republish, distribute, or resell our materials without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our educational resources and frameworks are structured "as is" without guarantees of specific career success or professional outcomes. Under no circumstances will PrismAI, its directors, or its team members be held responsible for indirect financial, technical, or algorithmic losses.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disagreement or legal claim arising from these services will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Cape Town or Stellenbosch, South Africa.
